About the BlueSky Club
The BlueSky Club is an exclusive, Canadian-Based Investment Club with an enviable 39 Year Track Record
The BlueSky Club was established in August 1987 as an Ontario Registered Partnership by a group of friends who were predominantly focussed on the North America Mining Sector, the Oil & Gas Sector and the Finance industry. There were 36 original Members who each deposited CAD$1,000.00 into the Club portfolio for a total of CAD$36,000.00, and agreed to pay Annual Dues of CAD$500.00 per Member to cover the Club operating expenses. Each Original Member received 100 Units of the Club’s Equity for CAD$10.00 each, and no Member can own more than 5% of the Club’s outstanding Units.

ANNUAL BLUESKY CLUB DUES
The Annual Club Dues are currently $500 per year per Member, irrespective of the number of Units owned by the Member. Dues are payable in April of each year, and if Dues remain unpaid by June 30 of that year, the Club will redeem and cancel one of the Member’s Units in lieu of payment of the Dues for that year. There is no refund of any excess of the Unit Value over the Dues then owed. These Dues are used to partially cover the Club’s operating expenses such as Meeting costs, accounting and management fees and the costs of the annual social events and quote and information services.
LEAVING THE BLUESKY CLUB
Should a Member leave the BlueSky Club, voluntarily or involuntarily, the Club Treasurer will do a portfolio and Unit Value valuation at the Close of Business on the day that a written notice was received from the departing Member or their Executor. The Club will repay 95% of that Unit Value in cash to the departed Member or their estate, within 31 days, and to provide a detailed calculation as to how the valuation was arrived at, for taxation and estate purposes. The 5% discount is to cover the costs of these administrative procedures, tax filings and any brokerage commissions required to liquidate part of the Club portfolio to meet the cash requirement.
Membership by Invitation
The BlueSky Club is an invitation-only community.
